Eager-Beaver Program

Full payment must be made two weeks prior to each session start. If payment is not received, your child will not be considered registered and the reservation will be cancelled. 

Email reminders will be sent out leading up to payment due date. Please ensure the email associated with your account is correct. 

Please note full session registrations can not be transferred to a single week registration and discounts will not be available for those registered for a full session that only attend one week.

General Information
Each session is two weeks with options available for single weeks. No single days will be available.

Camper ratio: 1-8

Participants must meet the minimum age requirement within the session to participate.

Each child will receive a Free Eager Beaver T-shirt!

Location
Island Grove Park, 200 Park Ave.
Drop off at entrance closest to Centre Ave.

Rain Day Location will be Beaver Brook Elementary, 1 Ralph G. Hamlin Ln.

Swim lessons are not included in the cost of the program. If you register your child for swim lessons, counselors will walk your child to and from lessons.

10:30 - 11:30 SWIM 1 / CHOICES
11:30 - 12:30 CHOICES / SWIM 2
12:30 - 1:00 LUNCH
1:00 - 2:45 FIELD GAMES
2:45 - 3:00 SWIM 1 / FREE PLAY
3:00 - 3:45 FREE PLAY / SWIM 2
3:45 - 4:00 CHECK OUT

Each session will include a special at camp activity (i.e. bounce houses, petting zoo).

Before Care: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
After Care: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Children will be split into groups that will remain the same for the entire 2 week session.

Everyone will swim at least once per day and have time for field activities, arts & crafts, and other usual games.

Campers Should Bring
PLEASE LABEL ALL BELONGINGS
1.) Morning Snack
2.) Lunch (refrigerators are available)
3.) Water or Reusable Bottle
4.) Swim Suit (may be worn under clothes to reduce changing times)
5.) Towel
6.) Spray Sunscreen (please label your child's sunscreen)
7.) Money for Snack Shack if desired (snacks range from $0.50 to $3)

Refund Policy
Cancellations made less than one week prior to the session start date will be charged be a $75 processing/deposit fee. No refunds will be given once the program begins outside of family/medical emergencies.
Refunds must be requested via email to kjohnson@abingtonma.gov.
