Flag Football

Abington Park and Recreation, in partnership with the Abington Gridiron Club, will be running an NFL Flag Football League in Abington. This is a non-contact version of football where young players can learn and develop passing, catching and defending skills. Games will be played using Official NFL FLAG FOOTBALL rules. Each Player will receive a reversible jersey with NFL team colors and logos, and a flag belt.
